Minotaur locks use 10 rotating disks that cannot be easily manipulated by picks like pins can. There are no springs inside this lock which allow pickers to feel when an element is in the correct place. When using a Minotaur lock, the key must be fully inserted and rotated a full 180 degrees before the locking mechanism will disengage. The disks will not engage with the actual locking mechanism until at 90 degrees to prevent intrusion.

Weather Resistant
The stainless steel body is corrosion and weather resistant. Cheap locks only provide a thin coating of anti-corrosive material that is easily scratched off. There is no coating on a Minotaur lock to scratch off, it is resistant all the way through.
