Also you can adjust the camera lens. 2.*If you want to save the file on sd card, you can insert the sd card with the power off, then plug in power and connect to the camera, then format the sd card and the camera would recognize the card. 3) *First, make sure your wifi is not 5G wifi. You could connect the camera with Ethernet cable, the choose "wifi setting" on your phone app, then connect the camera with wifi. If the QR code does not work, you could please connect the camera by the Ethernet cable. 4.If the Camera turns on and connects to network but won't record video you could reset the camera and try again, or you could download the Eye4 software on your PC, and record it on the computer.
