Wi-Fi setup issue, please make sure：
1) your phone is not connecting to a 5G Wi-Fi signal. 2) there is no special characters in the wifi password such as !@#$%^&*()_+ as there could be compatible issue with some phone's system.
3) you are connecting to a router, not a modem/switch.

camera 4 steps to setup
Note: there are two app to choose from Apple Store/Play Store or the Website:
A."YYp2p" (App Recommended, support up to 5 user watching the same Camera at the same time and you can add 30+ cameras in one app. It support iphone, ipad, and most of Android phones)
B."Yoosee" (YYp2p's 2nd version app)
Note that if your phone is not supported "YYp2p" please use "Yoosee" to connect the camera, please make sure you reset the camera, then follow these steps.
1. Download "YYp2p" or "Yoosee" app from Apple store/Play store or the website. Also you can scan the QR code from the manual or the package box.
2. Register an account and then log in. Make sure your phone is connected with WiFi.
3. Power on your camera, please reset the camera (press the " reset "button and hold it untill hear "ding ") waiting time up to 1 mins
4. wait for seconds until you hear the voice of "start configuration". Click "Smartlink" in "+" menu, and then input your Wi-Fi password.
Once the camera is connected with WiFi, the Camera ID pops up automatically, then you just input the default camera password123.
Now you are ready to start monitor and control the camera wherever you are.
