Optex CX-702 Long Range Passive IR Detector

With double the basic performance and easy installation, the CX-702 delivers reliable detection in large indoor areas. The wide angle setting covers an 85° wide area at 70 feet by 70 feet. Long range detection covers an area of 150 feet by 8 feet. The unit's optics are completely sealed and feature a dual structure. The CX-702's highly accurate and reliable detection pattern will maintain its sensitivity throughout the entire detection area, even in high temperature or low contrast environments. Multi-Focus Optics create an extremely high vertical zone density, two or three times the size of conventional PIRs. These taller zones capture the entire body mass and enable detection of even the smallest temperature contrast against the temperature of the background. In addition, the vertical detection density has been improved to take into account dead zones created by furniture or partitions.
