You'll be getting the best of both worlds with Network IP and Analog on the same machine AND here's the real kicker . . . you can record up to 8 IP cameras AND up to 8 Analog cameras at the same time! That's right; you can record up to 16 cameras on an 8 channel DVR/NVR. This is perfect for situations where you want to integrate some IP cameras into your security system but you want to keep some of your analog cameras, maybe it's just convenience or maybe it's the expense. Setup is simple when you connect to a monitor through one of the 2 HDMI, VGA or BNC video outputs and once you're done with the initial configuration you can detach the monitor and view your security cameras from anywhere that you have internet access.

If you need to utilize all of the hard drive storage, you can use up to eight 6TB hard drives or six 6TB hard drives and a CD/DVD-RW. You also have the ability to use an external hard drive or FTP or the e-SATA port and you have 4 USB ports so you can plug in thumb drives to record footage for the authorities.
